The pile in Dolphin Structure water-jetted with Flash Rust Preventer HoldTight 102 Solution was divided into three parts. The top portion was painted with Epodux IM 209. First coating used is with 470–540 microns wet film thickness (WFT). An average dry film thickness (DFT) of 430 microns was recorded by the next day. The curing pot life of the paint is 30 minutes, thus only small quantity was used. Next day, top coat was painted for 450 microns of WFT. The following day, an average DFT of 155 microns was recorded. The coating done was on tidal zone and atmospheric zone.
